Privacy Policy
Real Dino Shooting Games 3D · Effective Date: October 1, 2026 · Last Updated: October 1, 2026
Skyen Systems ("we", "us", or "our") develops the mobile game Real Dino Shooting Games 3D (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. On the Apple App Store, the App is distributed under the seller account Qismat Ventures W.L.L.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Summary
- The App is a free, ad-supported, single-player game. It has no user accounts, no login and no in-app purchases.
- We do not run our own servers for the App and we do not collect, store or sell your personal information ourselves.
- The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Google collects certain device and usage information to show, measure and (if you allow it) personalize ads. See Sections 3 to 5.
- On iOS, you are asked for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your device's advertising identifier is used for tracking. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, you are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
- Your player profile (nickname, age, avatar and country choice) and game progress are stored only on your device.
2. Information You Provide in the App
When you set up your in-game profile, you may enter a nickname, select an age, choose an avatar and select a country flag. You may also accept the in-app privacy notice. This information, together with your game progress, coins, unlocked items, rewards and settings, is saved locally on your device only. It is used solely to personalize your in-game profile and experience. It is not sent to us or to any third party, and it is not used for advertising.
Please do not enter your real full name or any other sensitive information as your nickname.
3. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to display banner, interstitial, rewarded and app-open ads. When ads are requested or shown, Google may automatically collect and process the following information from your device:
| Data type | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Device and advertising identifiers | Apple IDFA (only if you allow tracking), IDFV, Android Advertising ID, App Set ID | Serving and personalizing ads (where permitted), frequency capping, ad measurement, fraud prevention |
| IP address and approximate location | IP address, and general (coarse) location derived from it; no precise GPS location | Delivering ads relevant to your region, legal compliance, fraud and abuse prevention |
| Device and app information | Device model, operating system and version, language, screen size, app version, network type | Delivering ads in the correct format, analytics and troubleshooting |
| Usage and ad interaction data | App launches, ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded video completions | Ad delivery, measurement, reporting and fraud prevention |
| Diagnostics | SDK performance data and crash logs related to ads | Maintaining and improving ad service stability |
This information is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy. We receive only aggregated, non-identifying reports (for example, the total number of ad impressions) and cannot identify you from them.
Analytics and notifications (Google Firebase)
The App may use Google Firebase Analytics to understand in aggregate how players use the game, for example which game mode is played, which level is completed, or which menu button is pressed. Firebase may collect an app-instance identifier, device information, approximate location and usage events. Firebase data is used only for analytics and to improve the App, not to identify you personally.
If the App offers push notifications on your device, notifications are sent only if you grant notification permission. Firebase Cloud Messaging may then process a device token to deliver them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
4. Advertising and Tracking
iOS — App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iPhone and iPad, the App displays Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking takes place. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your IDFA is not shared and you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android — Advertising ID
On Android, Google AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
EEA, UK and Switzerland — consent
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (a certified consent management tool) to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. If you do not consent, Google may still show non-personalized ads, which rely on contextual information and limited data used for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention. You can change your choice by using the privacy options in the App where available, or by clearing the App's data or reinstalling the App. You will then be asked again.
United States — state privacy laws
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under some U.S. state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA), allowing Google to use advertising identifiers for personalized (cross-context behavioral) advertising may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out at any time by declining tracking on iOS, or by deleting your Advertising ID or opting out of ad personalization on Android, as described above.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information only with the following providers, and only as described in this policy. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and is bound by its own data-protection commitments.
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses information from apps that use its services · How Google uses advertising data
- Google User Messaging Platform (consent management) — Google Privacy Policy
- Google Firebase (analytics and notifications, where used) — Privacy and Security in Firebase
- Apple App Store and Google Play (app distribution, updates, ratings and reviews) — Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. In any such case, this policy will continue to apply to the information.
6. How We Use Information
- To provide the game, save your progress and profile on your device, and remember your settings.
- To show ads that keep the App free, including optional rewarded videos that grant in-game rewards.
- To measure ad performance and understand, in aggregate, how the App is used, so we can improve it.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland): your consent for personalized advertising and tracking; our legitimate interests in providing a free, ad-supported game, non-personalized advertising, security and fraud prevention; and legal obligations where applicable.
7. Device Permissions
- Internet and network state — to load and display ads. The core game can be played offline.
- Advertising ID (Android) / App Tracking Transparency (iOS) — for advertising as described in Section 4, and only with your permission where required.
- Notifications — only if the App requests it and you choose to allow it.
The App does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or precise (GPS) location.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
- Data on your device: your profile, progress and settings stay on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, which deletes them permanently.
- Data held by us: we do not store personal data about you on our own servers.
- Data held by Google: Google keeps advertising and analytics data for limited periods according to its own retention policies, described at policies.google.com/technologies/retention. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time (see Section 4). This stops it from being linked to future activity.
To ask a question or make a deletion request, email us at the address in Section 13. We will respond within 30 days and help you exercise your choices with the relevant provider.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information held about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing that already took place); and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or of targeted advertising. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Because we do not hold personal data on our servers, most of these rights are exercised through your device's privacy settings and through Google (see Sections 4 and 5). You can also contact us and we will assist you. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The age you select in your profile is stored only on your device and is not sent to us or to advertisers.
If you are under the age required in your country to consent to data processing, please use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents can limit ad personalization using the device settings described in Section 4. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Data Security and International Transfers
Data sent between the App and Google's services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we choose reputable providers with strong security practices and limit data collection to what is needed.
Google may process information in the United States and other countries where it operates. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Links to Other Sites and Changes to This Policy
The App and ads may contain links to third-party websites or app store pages (for example, "Rate Us", "More Games" or an advertiser's page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the App's features or third-party services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If we make significant changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
