1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Skyen Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with the applicable app store's terms of use.

2. Ownership

The App, including all game content, characters, artwork, code, graphics, sound, and other materials, is owned by Skyen Systems or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its source code, or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App;
• Use any automated means (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the App outside normal use;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices contained in the App.

4. Age Requirement

The App is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms together with a parent or guardian to ensure you both understand them.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skyen Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Skyen Systems' principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where superseded by the terms of the applicable app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

10. Third-Party App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the usage terms of the platform from which you downloaded it (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store's terms, the app store's terms will govern with respect to that platform.
